any tuned audi will take an F
A stock S5 most likely not an RS5 most likely will.
No F will take an M5, you guys have to remember everyone drives different some people jump the start and others arent willing to push there car that hard. Just because you seen a video of something beating something else does not mean that is real world.
The F is a spirited sedan that sounds nice but a race car not really

From a standing still the RS5 will beat the F. From a roll the F will take it. My friend has one and this is always the outcome even when I drive his and he drives mine.
The problem with the F is always traction. I haven't been able to hook well from standing still in the F no matter what I try. I'm due for a tire change soon so I'll see how it does with better rubber on it.

M5 isn't a race car either, it's a fast full size saloon. I believe he is talking about the e60 M5. No one in their right mind would think our F will hang with the F12/13 M. Also, RS5 isn't all that fast. It benefited from it's awd to get 0-60 in the high 3s, but after that's it's not all that due to the lack of torque as any smaller V8s. The F will be just fine with the RS5 from a roll/freeway speed.
Precisely!

Did I say anything about the GTR? it benefited from both AWD and those TURBOS and the awesome launch control, mountain of torque there too. I'm speaking specifically about the NA 4.2 V8 RS5. It doesn't have the torque number of the turbo of GTR to make a big different in the quartermile

If you are talking about track times, just check the C&D Lightning Lap. It's about as fair as it gets (even though it's still not fair) for showroom stock comparisons.

Be very careful with comparisons across different years. The track was changed for 2014, so the numbers are not directly comparable to past years.

always hard to compare vehicles like this especially on tracks at different times. It is always going to vary since human drivers are not computers and always drive a little different.
All I can say is the RS5 looks awesome IMO
I always thought the F was fast but when you do get into a GTR just makes everything slow lol.
But miss the F and its larger interior and V8 sound at times.

I ran with an S4 ( not s5) on the track and was underwhelmed to be honest. It was slower than my car AND the body roll in the corners was comical. Audis sedans are heavy, tend to understeer, and roll a lot in the corners
