Default water in my headlight

recently got the car and after my first wash, there was alot of water inside the headlight then both my low beams went out. The next day, one of them came back on and i tested the other side with a new bulb but still no luck. What should i look in this situation? anyone from NOVA know a reputable shop?

I am from NOVA. Check the seals along the top of the headlights, they might have been blown. I have taken my car to Capital Auto (EDA motors) on Tyco road in tysons before, they have looking into stuff for me before. Guys name is max.

The ballast lays in the bottom of the headlight... perfect area for pooling condensation/water.

are the headlights modified?

check the caps on the back and the seals, but i would imagine your ballasts are toast.

perfect time to upgrade or modify the headlights.
