Can This Be Fixed?? (Wheel curb damage)

If you don't want to refinish your whole set of wheels (unlikely to get an exact match doing only one wheel), I found that Lexus sells wheel touch up paint for my '11 IS F. If desired, you can carefully smooth over the rash with some 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper before touch up. I'm sure some good vids on how to get the best results from touch up could be found on YouTube.

x2 My local dealership somehow " Dropped " 3 of my wheels on concrete and the outcome was far worse than this. Ended up having a wheel repair guy take car of the wheels and was very happy with the final product

That's a typical job for a mobile wheel repair guy. Google Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and find out who your local guy is. You can probably send them that pic, get a quote, and they'll tell you what their schedule is.
I had them fix a dented lip on the wheels of my previous car and it came out pretty much perfect. I think cleaning up curb rash is a more common and easy fix for them so you should have no problems.
