Default bad front endlink?

Thanks to Lobuxracer for the bushing reset procedure. everything came out perfect with no prying on anything.

only thing is, i noticed i saw a bit of black grease on the passenger side of my endlink while doing the install. is this normal? would this mean i have a bad endlink and need replacing? since i went lower, i think i need some adjustable endlinks anyways so it wont look stressed out.

anyone know the downsides on a bad endlink ?

For street driving, it will make noise eventually, but you won't notice a lot driving. If you autocross or do track days, you'll get inconsistent left/right turn performance you can only see with a watch and a timed course.

If the link is leaking, the first thing to check is the seal. If the seal is not cut, just clean it up and run it. If it is cut, it may be possible to replace the seal - I have not searched for one because I haven't had this issue, but I know there are replacement seals for lots of sealed ball joints. Most shops will just replace the link.

You won't notice any difference with adjustable end links on the street. The basic configuration of the bar is the only thing making a difference SOTP on the street.
