Well, it seems that exhaust is in the states and it shipped out today, should be here on Monday. That was fast!
I still don't know what to do for the midpipe. I know of a few custom shops around (they bend, weld and create custom exhaust), but it still takes about 1.5 hours to get there and that's a royal PITA.
I wish i could just buy the piping somewhere that bolts right between the downpipes and the rear section. Any suggestions?

I believe that the now discontinued HKS midpipe had a resonator, right?

Wow. They tell some seriously big lies on their website. The dyno they show doesn't look like any 2UR-GSE dyno I've ever seen. It would be really nice if our torque curve were as beautifully flat as the one on the graph, but it's far from it no matter how you slice it. Add to this the "49 State emissions legal" and we've got straight up fraud. It is illegal to remove a working catalytic converter from any emissions controlled vehicle in all 50 states according to the EPA. It doesn't mean you can't do it and get away with it, but to claim this product is emissions legal couldn't be a more bald faced lie.
Looking at the pictures of the product, it doesn't look like they're doing anything extra special. The merge looks just as crude as the OEM split before the mufflers and I'm confused why you would put so many welds into a system if you have the ability to mandrel bend the tubes.
If it were my decision, I'd pick something else. Custom made might be better, but it might also be worse. It all depends on who is doing the work and where they're getting their materials. Burns Stainless makes some of the best collectors and X pipes out there. If a shop is using Burns, they're concerned about quality and will likely do excellent work (no guarantees, but at least they're starting with good stuff).

As I have previously said, modify the stock mod pipe or have one fabricated by a good good muffler shop that can mandrel bend and has the ability to do decent welding. Also look into the 2 into one Burns merges that Lobux recommends.
