I was wondering if ppe headers and the conditioner has any role in my airbag light thats coming and going? Sometimes the light comes on, sometimes it doesnt. Thanks!

i had the same problem. hopefully when you bring it in for warranty...it doesnt take them a week like mine did.... i have ppe headers but the airbag light was coming on and off before the header install. its covered under warranty.for mine they replace the main harness under the dash. grand total was $2600. really happy it was still under warranty

yup its covered under my extended warranty! since my factory warranty expired.
Problem was Code B1861 open in knee airbag (dside) squib circuit.
I don't know if its just me, but they opened up my ecu and saw the splicing for the headers and they didn't mind it at all. It's noted on the service paper work that there is aftermarket parts on the vehicle. They even complimented on the Headers too. They told me nothing about voiding any warranty or what not.

That's great to hear, especially the tuner friendly dealer!
I do think it should be mentioned that this issue was not related to PPE headers. There have been a few posts where people have assumed the header install had something to do with a failure. All of those cases have been installer errors or unrelated issues. PPE makes a great products and headers are not a huge deal as a mod so it needs to be clear when they are/are not an issue.
