Default Issues with V-LED DRL kit???

Has anyone had any issues with this kit? My driver side will not work. I switch the bulbs across to the poassenger side and everything works fine there. VLED's sent me a replacement module and it still wont work on my drivers side. This is the response they sent me.....

"LEDs draw a lot less power and your car’s CPU/PCM or CANBUS system may be having issues with this."

Has anyone else had this issue on their IS-F? Thanks.

With the way they click together,it lookslike it only goes together one way.

I tried your suggestion...and it worked! It looks like some of the modules may have the OEM click style end mounted backwards on the units. The passenger side clicks together like OEM with the snap prong. The drivers side does not. Something to be aware of for other people installing the kit. Thanks!

My understanding was that the connections are supposed to be "backwards" (they do not clip together, it's flipped) no matter what. Interesting that you have these mixed...

My VLED DRLs made it a week and both went out at the same time this morning. I am thinking it is a fuse. Any ideas??

Does anyone know which one it is? I checked the diagram on the inside of the fuse box under the hood, drivers side front, but the abreviations arent very clear.

I thought I answered this on another thread??

It's in the driver side fuse box panel, once you open it you will see a smaller rectangular fuse panel about 4 inches by 1 inch. It is inserted like a cartridge, you will have to pull it out to see the blue 15 amp low-profile DRL fuse, which is the only blue one in there. You can buy replacement fuses at your local Autozone for about $5.

Dont buy vled kit will mess up your drl and your fuses i had those before in my IS350 , it keep dying and shipping back for replacement. I ended up get the right LED bulbs and been good ever since 3 yrs now including my ISF Checking with our Vendor NigelJDM he has something for the DRL.
