would this tire appearance be dangerous at the track?

I've had a few track days on MPSS on my F now. I drive quite hard and used Lobuxracer's street alignment (we both agree that a more aggressive alignment would cost more in tires than gains in handling). I've had very little wear on the tires and they are still in very good condition.
I also ran 5 trackdays at Sebring, PBIR, and Homestead on my 2010 GT3 RS with new MPSS on the car. The tires have a bit less than 1/2 of it's usable tread left. Very impressed with their endurance as others have been.
I would replace any faulty tire FOR SURE. I've seen many tire issues at the track at pace,... it's dangerous for you, your car, and others. Who cares if the track group you run with approve or deny based on the condition. Replace the tire and stop worrying.
