16620-0W131 - Tensioner - $165.30 from Sewell
90916-02632 - Belt - $35.92 from Sewell
Rock Auto has the same tensioner (DAYCO Part # 89380) for $100 less than Lexus. Same manufacturer, looks like same part. I didn't try it, but if you're on a budget, it's probably a good option.

mine is in the shop getting the belt and tensioner pulley today. Should work. They are also doing the rear sway bar and a list of other things. Going to be a big total but she will be all set

I will post the total for the parts and labor when I get the car back. I should have purchased the parts from Sewell . I believe they charged me $170 more than sewell would have

Still in the shop. They had the tensioner pulley but not the belt. Had to order. It will be in tomorrow. I will check it out on the way home and let you guys know. I will also post up the exact cost. I know some of the guys who can work on their cars themselves will laugh what it cost but I wanted it done. Pretty sure it will be north of $500. Whats ****ty is that the car has a TSIB for this issue and my car is one of the 'newer " cars that should not have this issue but it still does and since the car is past the factory warranty and on Lexus extended warranty this stuff is not covered.

It seems like the problem is very common. The car just shifts too dam hard. Seems like a simple fix but seem like the problem might happen again in the future . I doubt the slip will cause any issue other than the annoying noise. In my book a car with a belt slipping is an issue. I just wish I was more handy and was comfortable doing this simple stuff myself.

Alright guys here are the install numbers for the tensioner pulley and drive belt
** DRIVE BELT - part # 90916-02632 $71.98
Install for belt $68.00
Total for drive belt $139.98
**TENSIONER PULLEY - part # 16620-0W131 $257.43
install for pulley $136.00
Total for tensioner pulley $393.43
GRAND TOTAL : $532.91
After install the car seems a little quieter when it idles, almost feels faster ( but I have been rolling an IS250 for 2 days ). In all honesty today was the first time the car actually sounded normal when flooring it in manual mode, and the first time the traction control light came on when it was shifting. All in all it was totally worth it to me. I'm sure if you are handy and you have the time it can be done for about $210 in parts from Sewell.
Also had the rear sway bar installed for $272. Very very happy with the way the car feels. The rear feel tighter and the car feels more stable when going through sweepers or bends at very high speed. At low speed the car feels similar but again more planted. You can tell there is less roll in the rear. Before the rear felt like it was following the front. Now it feels like the car 's front and rear are equal in response, rate of weight transfer from side to side, and feel. Not a revolution but its a great mod that will not kill your tires or make the car ride firmer than it already does.
