Its a nice design and a lot more effective at keeping the hot engine bay air out of the intake. But having to utilize the stock air box and cramming a large air filter in there, I wonder if that's going to make the restictive factor the stock airbox itself? I mean the volume of air in the stock airbox is limited and this just seems to make it even less.

Not that much price difference actually between this intake versus the JOE Z intake ($140.00) plus the Toms air filter ($130.00), actually only a $75.00 price difference. If the power claims are real, the $75.00 would be more than worth it, as the Joe Z intake claims about a 5 HP increase.

If an exhaust like the Joe Z adds 29 hp I don't see it happening with an intake alone.

Any modern day normally aspirated production car that can get an additional 26.5 hp and 37.5 ft. lbs of torque by boltig on an intake of ANY kind would be amazing, but it ain't going to happen.

I really think this intake is clever in design! I will volunteer to dyno test this intake if anyone who has already purchased one is willing to send it to me for 2-3 weeks. I will independently test it out as I have done my other intake and exhaust tests. No BS!

Ha! I'll buy one when you get yourself into an F.
No, but in all seriousness I just don't want to go out and buy yet another intake without testing it first. Been there done that too many times, then when/if the results are not great it's hard to get your money back when you sell it. Plus dont' forget dyno testing isnt' cheap either. $100 for a new baseline then another $100 for the intake test.
