What tires were you running? 17 psi is way too low for any street tire.

bridgestones. I was thinking about this all might. I think I didn't power brake it enough. I was actually launching around 14-1500 rpm. I think next time im going to try to power brake as much as I can before the tires brake loose. so the car can get up into its power band faster. the track was prepped really well so im not worried about losing traction.I should have been into the 8s. and I will try 25-27 psi in the rear tires.

so ISF's don't have a pedal dance?
what is everyone launching at to get a 1.9 60ft?

They do, but there is no advantage to the pedal dance in an F. Press and hold the VSC switch, and you are in the best possible configuration.

I got a best of 1.8xx 60 ft on 275/30R19 Michelin PSS tires launching at 1000 rpm, and long push (not pedal dance...no reason to). This was with a good DA, good track conditions, headers and exhaust...but before I got my OS Gikken. I'm curious to see how I could do on street tires with it.

Why would an LSD help with a launch if you're not slipping anyways. It won't. Sorry. Less weight and sticky tires, lower diameter = shorter 1st gear, and DA, and short staging will give you better 60' in the IS-F.

That makes sense. It is probably easier to hook up consistently now, but when I had my best runs I was hooking up perfectly anyway.

Hey so I was talking to a few of the experienced locals here and this is not a true 1/8th mile due to the run being about 110 feet short of a 1/8th due to the size they can run the setup. Either way, I had a blast and finally getting experience with draggin and getting numbers for the guys curious on the actual difference of the carbon driveshaft vs stock.

That's a weird slip! Your time is really fast but mph is really slow

Thanks for relocating, my bad.. The 2nd run I was alil hesitant and about half way through 2nd gear I grabbed the paddle into 3rd gear, hence why the other vehicle (buddy's cummins dodge) won. My cars mods: carbon driveshaft, Joez exhaust w/ titanium mufflers, takeda intake, custom intake scoops, Braille 21 lb battery, custom rear subframe braces, other various stuff removed to make my car at 3600 lbs w/ 1.5 gallons fuel. Nitrous in the works but still a couple small items left to do.

Not bad #'s for now. Made a few extra changes, hoping numbers are closer to 550

If anyone wants M&H Racemasters mounted on TRmotorsport C2 rims like new for $600, head over to the thread below. Only a few passes with them. I ran a 12.3 with them last year. Only mods were muffler delete, throttle controller.
