Nav hack is already well documented in the 2IS FAQ above unless there is another one or anything unique to the IS-F I'm not aware of.

Changing out the fogs to HIDS 3k should be the same thing as the 2IS DIY fog?
Also, I can't seem to find a DIY for low beams on the IS, it'd be nice to put that up as well.
