Will the ISF run well with a blend of e85?

I ran 100% E85 on my subaru for over 3 years - not a single issue with fuel lines (or anything else).
The E85 does not cause the corrosion - it is the water content within the fuel. All modern fuel systems are designed to withstand the corrosion caused by E85 or regular gas.
I need to try to add some E85 on my F..

I'm FBO so on the tune, but I also did this with the stock tune as well and benefits were present then, though not as much as with the tune.
I've been blending since July, first on the stock tune, and now with the tune/FBO and it's readily apparent the benefits with the tune as stated with my timing advance
Like Vervish said above don't buy into the whole scare hysteria that you've been told/heard about corrosion caused by E85, all modern fuel systems can handle ethanol in the fuel system and are designed not to corrode.

Yea 100% E85 will require more fueling than what our fuel injectors can provide would be my guess? I think if someone was going to want to run 100% E85 with say the new S/C from RR-Racing then yea you will need larger injectors (both port & direct).
No race gas needed, the E85 is your race gas with an octane rating of 105, so just mix with your premium 93 to obtain your octane blend. With our 91 octane (highest we can get here in Co, along with Cali) the 30% blend I do gets me to about 95 octane which the tune and the car loves!!

MilleHiFcar - you keep saying "the car loves it", can you please provide a bit more detail on why you think the car loves it? Does it feel more responsive? Does it idle smoother? Does it have more top end power? Etc. Etc..... thanks!

Well, today I put in 4.5 gallons of e85 and 11.6 gallons of 91 octane. After some pulls in 8th gear and some high speed 4th gear loads, I can honestly say my KCLV are all above 20. The first KCLV is actually @ 24. The second one is @ 21.7. This is definitely some GOOD STUFF

This is what i wanted to know. Good stuff. One question, did you drive you car many miles after the counter went down to zero? when i get to 0, the car usually only take 14.xx gallons to fill.

I was way below 0 mark. I really wanted to make sure I get as close to 16 gallons as poissible. When the miles left for gas read 0 for me, I drove an extra 25 miles. Keep an eye on your miles. I did not drive like a lunatic when gas was @ 0 mIles left. Take it slow and easy.

I did this originally because if you guys remember we are at 5,280ft + and were having problems getting our KCLV's up to par with the sea level guys. So Rafi said if only you guys had access to race fuel, or run octane boost with the tune then you would/should see some benefits from the increased knock resistance. So that's where the E85 research started for me and then me diving right in!
