Had my Stoptech pads for a couple months now and I have yet to hear a squeak from them. I did replace my rotors at the same time with Raybestos Advanced Tech and did the bed in procedure to the dot.

I didn't experience any noise until I had the pads a while. I thought they needed to be replaced but still plenty of life on them left.
I am not asking for directions on how to do it. I know how to DIY. As I have mentioned previously in this thread, I have gone ~5k miles on stoptech pads with no issues of squealing at all. I am asking how the guy with the problem lubed his shims...because I believe he did it incorrectly.

I too did it between the shim and pad and a thin coat on the layer in contact with the piston.

And that is not correct and likely the cause of all your squealing. The lube/grease goes in between the piston and shim.
I stated earlier, the Lexus dealer that previously did the brake job applied the grease incorrectly, they greased in between the shim and pad, and no grease between the shim and piston...and my car squealed like a pig on every low speed stop.

Great! Thanks for the tip. I will give that a shot when I have a few minutes
I did it on both sides. Piston side and on the back of the pad
