Small metal on metal rattle in front..?
I have a 2010 is250 with 81k. I'm still feeling it out as I've only had it a couple weeks, but I've noticed a FEW things so far. The one that I'd like to take care of first though is the metal on metal rattling sound in the front as I go over bumps. I heard nothing when I'm turning, only as I go over bump. There is also a defined metal on metal TAP that I here when I first apply the brakes when moving. I had a control arm replaced but it is still making these sounds. Any ideas/advice/suggestions...anything? Thanks

Could be SO many things. I personally haven't heard of a common problem with our cars doing this. Sad as it is to say, your best bet is probably a shop / expert putting it on a lift and driving it around to recreate the problem.
Maybe you'll get lucky and someone else will know!

Lol...lolfunxion. I'm surprised you didn't answer with "I don't know, ask in the 250 section"...😁🤐. Op, like mentioned already. It's best to put on a lift and inspect everything in that area. If it's something mechanic related, try shooting a video and perhaps someone can chime in.
