Did Anyone trade in their silver isf at a Bmw dealer? Or if you know anyone who did?

That F is at a decent price. More history is definitely needed and I'd suggest another inspection by either yourself or a professional. You may also want to try punching the VIN in at lexus.com for the maintenance history if it was done at a Lexus dealer.

It was my friend who lived down the street. He had a silver F and traded it in for a silver M4. He kept his F in pristine condition, barely beat on it. Always serviced on time. He isn't here on the forums, so you can PM me if you have any specific questions.
