I had a similar issue with a different car, how long ago did you install the headers? Was the O2 sensor on the header re installed correctly? (if there is one) Sometimes the metal from aftermarket headers can fry the wires. Sometimes you have to extend the wires on them. Bad O2 sensor can give the car the wrong A/F ratio which can cause the car not to start

If you can reach the O2 sensor from the bay i would make sure with a wrech that it is screwed on properly and tightly and then trace back the wire and see how that is mounted in the bay

Just for the update
It did happen again last night
I did indeed drive hard then park the car
After 20 min I start the car same issue it cranks but not start
Call the bunch friends
So guess it's down to due to my sikky header install
My shop telling me it is possible that the o2 simulator may be defected
Well wtf.....I am gonna talk justin over at sikky or
Do we have to use o2 sim? Not the o2 sec spacer ?
