My 3 Main Questions / Concerns:
1. How stable and long will this tune last, would it be permanent? (Reliability)
2. Other then gain of hp/tq, would it have any effect on gas mileage?
3. Would it easy to revert back to stock and then back to the tune? (Stock / Tune Mode)

Why would HG spend the funds and time on R&D to accomplish this "tuning" option for the ISF and not keep the ISF community in the loop. This will/would be their main clientele. Or maybe this is their marketing strategy?

I totally understand what you are stating here but I think over looked my actual question.

To answer your question, which is from my experience.. is because they don't have time to answer questions when their solution can speak for themselves when released (chances are they have other projects they are working on). They also do not know if the solution is viable until a long term test is done.. last thing they want is to blow up engines or have a solution with lots of bugs. All companies in all industries do this, no one provides week to week or monthly or quarterly updates to the public for their products.
For example, Hondata which is the undisputed leader developer of tuning solutions for Hondas. It took them 3-4 years of R&D after the 8th generation civic was released before they were confident in releasing any information while the whole community was doing what we're doing.. speculating and on pins and needles for any product updates. That being said, most if not all newer vehicles all have fairly complex ECU's, the best thing the community should do is have patience and not speculate and give bad information.
