Hi CL members,

Does anyone know the exact decibel for a stock IS-F with Joe Z exhaust?

I just want to double check that my stock IS-F with just a Joe Z exhaust should be able to pass the Laguna Seca's 92dB noise limit.

For whatever its worth, I used an "Sound Meter" app on my phone, and the loudest I got placing the phone within a feet on the ground in the garage was 107 dB. I just don't want to drive there and not be able to drive! Please chime in!

After some extensive research yesterday, my conclusion is to just let off throttle between turn 5 and 6 where the sound meter booth is...

Sound meters couldn't pick it up because it was just too dayum crazy!!! I always see LFA's going in and out of Lexus corporate since I work right next to them. I stop breathing whenever I see and hear one right next to me lol
