Default 3M Di-Noc Question...

Hey fellow Fer's(get it)
Could I use 3M Di-Noc in the engine bay? I am asking because I don't want to burn up or get distorted by the heat...

Thanks in Advance

Di Noc isn't the best stuff anymore. This is directly from 3M

"You will want to use the Scotchprint 1080 series vs. the Di-Noc, because the 1080 is specifically designed for vehicular application. The film already has a protective overlaminate included, is easier to clean, and will carry a warranty. The technical bulletin for the 1080 series can be viewed and downloaded on our website, http://www.3Mgraphics.com. Choose "Product" and then "Technical Information."
