Default Curious question for fellow isf owners

Just wondering who would consider trading or selling their ISF for the "ISC-F" (the recent one spied) if/when it comes this way to the US?

Granted the body is not completely finished , etc etc....but given what we already know it more than likely will look like - -how many are or would consider giving up their 4 doors and trunk
to the F coupe with the drop top?

Just curious?

I would not trade mine in for a two door. I would take a 4 door with more power and a redesign of the body style.

Lightbulb I'm going with "Sports Coupe"...

If it's a TRUE "Sports Coupe"... then maybe in a few years....

Will know more by September in Paris..

As I posted here: Is there going to be a Gen3 IS-F in 2013/2014/2015?

New Lexus Model to Debut at Paris Motor Show?

Of course, questions immediately spring to mind: Will it be a mini-RX or a larger CT? Will it debut as a concept or a final production model?

Evans also mentions the possibility of higher-powered CT:

A brand-new mystery model, a rumored hot hatch CT, the auto show debut of the new LS, and a low-displacement GS hybrid, all at the Paris Auto Show? Looks like Lexus is taking Europe very seriously.

(Please note, the above image is the RX 450h, and not a teaser for the new mystery model.)

Neiner. I was specifically looking for a small four-door high powered car.

I bought my IS-F because I was shopping for a sports sedan. I had a fast drop-top roadster (turbocharged S2000) and a vanilla 4 door sedan (TSX). I got rid of both specifically because I wanted something fast and fun like my S2K but practical and semi-luxury like my TSX in the same car.

No interest here either for a coupe version. I bought the F for its combination of practicality as a family hauler and the performance. If I wanted a coupe it wouldn't be an F and I have a feeling most here would agree.

Exactly. I already have the Coupe I want. It sits next to the F every day. The wife has a Scion tC (she drives 30k a year) so we really didn't want to have three two door cars.

I'm going to have to agree with most of the members here. I sold a 350Z cuz I wanted 4 doors and a power/luxury combination. This, is in my opinion, is a great option for people who want a performance car with all the luxuries and the option to carry a child in the vehicle when required - my wife and I will likely have a child on the way soon.. And that's exactly why I picked it up now. So I wouldn't get a big fat "NO" from the wife once she was prego! lol
