Work Gnosis GS5 in Black Shadow on my F
I posted a teaser not too long ago Cleaned her up today and took a few shots, will do a photo shoot this weekend.
I waited 3 months for these bad boys to come in, and finally it arrives! A big thank you Mark from Ravspec making this a good combo for my F! Thanks to everyone here to helped me out on choosing tires/wheels - Terrance (T-Rex06), primecut and g2isf. These are Work Gnosis GS5 wheels in Black Shadow finish. I guess I'm one of the first few Fs in the forum to rock these
Front: 20x9 + Falken 452 245/35/20
Rear: 20x10.5 + Falken 452 275/30/20
I should've gone with 245/30 on the fronts. I'm on stock springs so it looks a little beefy.
Someone please tell me, aren't the tires suppose to wrap around the lip? Somehow it looks like the lip is sticking out and higher chances of curb rash.

Why is your rim exposed?
Because you used Falken 452's, at the brink of the hot car trend-VIP style, Falken tried to get in on the money to create a tire that mimics a "stretched tire". They are pretty much known now as the go-to tire company for those that want a stretched look.
If you didn't want the rim exposed, probably should've gone with some beefy tires like michillen pilots.
You just have to watch out for your curb rash now.
Back on topic, looks fresh! but I'm not into the whole blacked out on blue with black tint, its a very flat look, doesn't isn't aesthetically exciting.

Congrats on the rims. The reason the lip is exposed is because 275/30/20 is approved for maximum rim width of 10" according to Falken 452's spec sheet. It's not a disaster by any means with your current set up. Just be careful not to get curb rashes.

Looks good! If you ever drop your car though, you'll def. want to run 245/30F or it will rub for sure.
If you don't like the stretch, you can do 285/25R. But the way it is now is perfectly fine. In fact I prefer a mild stretch look, because it looks like the tire is rounded into the fender. You have to be careful with curb rash on both front and rear. Any contact with pavement will get you a rash. There is 0 protection.
275 is 275 whether you run Michelins or Falkens. It would've looked similar had he gotten Michelins. Yes, some tires stretch better than others, but tuners use Falkens because they are good quality for cheap.

Your 10.5" rim is too wide for 275, you should have gone 285/25R20. On top of that I prefer a tire that has the rimguard feature, that has saved my rims a couple of times.
Congrats on the purchase, even though I don't like the outcome what matters is that you like it.
