Okay this is one of those situations where I've heard horror stories but never thought it could happen to me, much less from a Lexus dealership...

After picking up the car from the first (non)service, where they just inspect your car after 1600km... I drive to work and see this...



I call them and complain, and they say they'll fix it "on a good will basis" but can't fix it til June 1 because they won't have a bodyshop loaner car til then... (wtf??)

That doesn't look to bad. I had similiar scratches like that and I went and bought a PC7424 and buffed right out..

It's not bad but it shouldn't happen. It's good that they'll fix it for you, but I guess you can take it as a lessons learned to always inspect the car before leaving the dealership.

Which dealership did you go to in Vancouver?

I've been to one in North Van and Regency and both were great expect that North Van left me a free newspaper and a bottle of water and Regency didn't.
