As frustrating as this is, it is nice to hear they are continuing to be persistent about the fix.

Default Final update....I think :)

So I just picked up my car and am so thrilled. They figured it out!

Yesterday, they put a full set of wheels from another vehicle and found that corrected the issue, so they knew it was either the tires or rims causing the vibration. So today they checked the rims and all was good, so they changed the tires to Michelin Pilot Super Sport and that did it. It was the tires all along. This is the 4th set of tires they put on, but it finally worked. Yay, I am so happy!! Time to go

Now to find a shop to install my Joe-Z axle back!

Merry Christmas!!!!

That means tires did it then. No problem with rims. Snowing here today to have white Christmas in a long time.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.

She noted it for the agent and said they take all into account and they'd most likely get back to me before they get to the Lemon Law paperwork anyways...so saying a prayer!

In the meantime, the service director for the dealership called me back yesterday and is going to send their shop foreman (been there 17 years) to come do a test drive with me in the car today. Even still, I hope they either figure it out once and for all or just give me a new one.
Sorry to hear this! I know I'm late on the thread but I experienced a similar thing about 4 years ago on a cpo is350. Looooonnng story short Lexus corporate got involved very quickly as I bypassed the dealer. They took the car back within 7 days. Offered me guaranteed financing on another vehicle but I declined. They blamed the dealer 10000% as they are responsible to certify these cars etc. in your case a new car should be a no brainer. I even got money back for tints 🙃

Good luck!
