I got into a 2016 IS350 F Sport lease with 15k miles/yr for 36 months with no money down for $507 last month. I cross shopped five different dealers to find the best deal, I'm bet the deals will only get sweeter as we get closer to the release of the 2017s.

MSRP ~$49,500
Sale $45,100
Lexus Cash 2600
Lexus College Grad Cash 1000
MF .00110
Residual 60%
Sales Tax 7%
$0 due at signing and complimentary first payment

Wow! That doesn't seem bad at all! The lowest quote I've gotten was $465. My only issue is negative equity. I think I'm just going to keep the car and wait until there's a better chance for me! I also like the new RX350 F-Sport!

It appears you are in MN....... . And, given the vehicles in your signiture, you're prolly aware both Lexus dealers (Wayzata & Maplewood) are owned and operated by The Village Automotive Group. They don't discount because, frankly, they don't have to.... Expect 2-3% off MSRP on the IS3XX----not the 8-10%+ discounts realized on the coasts. Also, in MN, a RWD IS350F will likely require a factory order-----again, don't expect much of a discount. Perhaps TX, FL or Southern CA buyers will chime in with their 2017 350 RWD numbers. ...Sorry if this sounds like a rant!:
