This is what I do. I am 6'3" and 200lbs. My back is in decent shape but sometimes I have a terrible time finding comfort on long rides in any car. I set it like a dentists chair if that makes sense. Thigh support high, butt support low, reclined a bit but closer to the steering wheel for arm comfort, yet far enough away for knee comfort. Its a fine line.

Also, driving with both hands on the wheel helps elevate my comfort levels.

Just to be clear, the seats are not giving you sciatica. The seats may not make you comfortable or promote your discomfort to make your sciatica more blantant. In any case, your sciatica won't go away unless you treat it, regardless of where you sit, stand, or lay. This is from my experience where my sciatica got so bad I had to take two straight months off of work. I could not walk, stand up or worst of all sit. Had two herniated discs pinching the nerves constantly. The only slight relief was laying on the lazy boy but the pain just comes back after a short while. I didn't want to do surgery, yet at least, so I tried the steroid needle procedure. Yes, it is what it sounds. They stick a needle about 7-9 inches long in your back filled with steroid meds to address the sciatic pain. Normally the procedure requires three shots on three different visits. Success rate is about 70%. After my second shot I felt amazing and didn't go back for a third. This was five years ago and I haven't had any problems since! Try it!!

Yes, you're in the wrong forum as stated by bnizzle87 & jspecvtec.

Your issue can also occur in our cars as well, especially in the '08 - '11 model year F.
What's different in the 12 and up MY seats?

They're in a vehicle with a slightly more compliant suspension.

Yes, this is the ISF Forum, The IS F-Sport is NOT an ISF.

This is not an ISF forum. It says IS third-generation 2014 to present at the top so I don't understand where you're saying this is an ISF forum. The guy said he has a 2014 F sport he's in the right forum far as I can tell

this was moved to this section, because it was posted on the IS F forum. Most members, specially the newbies get confused between F sport and the real F.
