I did, but a simple firmware update fixed the problem.

I got the firmware update and no more freezing. However, it seems to take longer for the traffic colors to display on the map now. Kinda weird.

I have noticed this on my 2014 IS250. Is this something that will continue happening or that it will get worst? Should I take it to the stealer (dealer)?

My guess is that it will continue. Take a video if possible and take it to the dealer.

Does anyone with a 2015 IS250 f sport have the same issue? I came across my navigation freezing but doesn't restart automatically. I have to actually restart my engine and reboot it for it to become normal...

You can reboot it without shutting down and restarting the car by holding down the radio power/volume **** for about 5 seconds.

if you can, record it when it happens and take it to the dealer and show them the video
