Default Looking to lease IS350 F Sport

Like the title says, I am looking to lease an IS 350 F Sport by September, or October of this year, and just trying to get an idea of what to expect when I start dealing with dealers, or possibly with brokers.

I live in Southern California, and my credit score is 717 at the moment. I did have a bankruptcy 5 years ago, but since that time I have been very responsible with my credit, never missing a single payment. I currently have ZERO unsecured debt as well. Reason i am disclosing all this is, because I am trying to get an idea as to what kind of deal I can get.

I want to do a 36 month lease with 15k annual miles, black with the rioja red interior.

How much off MSRP would be considered a good deal?

I don't know about how much you can get off MSRP, but if you want a good deal speak with Joey at Jim Falk Lexus. He'll take care of you.

You are in So-Cal so good deals are easy to get. I would try to get 12-13% off MSRP. Email all of the dealers in So-Cal with the spec you want and the price you want and one of them should bite.

Did you find yourself getting better deals when dealing with a broker, rather than the dealers?

I got a is350, F-sport, red interior, ML stereo, nav.....for 41900, I don't really know if that is the lowest price out there but I was excited to get the atomic silver with red.

I personally went to both brokers and dealers but I found that the brokers could only get the deal I wanted with absolutely perfect credit( which I don't have due to my age). The dealer was able to get me my deal with literally less then five minutes of negotiating. You have to try both but I do definitely recommend redline leasing they work with Lexus a lot.

When leasing , know Lexus Financial "Money Factor and Residual Value" before you go into the dealer. Then don't take nothing less than 7%(close to invoice) off MSRP, plus find out what rebates Lexus have, add those to get more discount and if its 2016 try get between $500-1000, below invoice.

Leasing rates change on a monthly basis. If you're not ready yet just wait till the time comes and stay in contact with who you feel comfortable with
