I am new to the Lexus world and this is my first one. Just received my IS200T F sport in Nebula Gray and loving it so far. I have three questions and hopefully this wonderful community can assist me:

1) when I start up the car the nav screen shows an image of JM Lexus(dealership where I got my car). How do I remove this image and replace it with something else.

2) at night when I open up the driver side door a JM Lexus image is lighted up on the ground. How do I remove this and replace it with something else.

3) when I click on the trunk button on the remote or from inside the car, it only opens the trunk a tiny bit. Is this normal or should it swing all the way open? If the later, is there an easy fix to this.

2. Sounds like they put some kind of lens cover over the side mirror lights. Probably something you could pop off. If not, I'd ask the dealer to remove them or pay you for advertising :P

2) saw online that you can buy a different logo lens to replace it, have you ever tried this?
3) I find it very strange the the trunk door only opens like an inch when I click on the button, shouldnt the trunk door swing all the way up?

the trunk is operating as it should be.

3) Only SUV has the automatically truck lid.

As with the others, the trunk is operating correctly. I like this because it doesn't swing open and let rain in before I'm there and ready (Seattleite here).

Not just SUVs anymore. There's a power open/close trunk lid available on the ES, GS, and LS sedans.

You have an obnoxious dealership! Have them take that nonsense off the car! Did they put one of those stupid stickers on the trunk too?!

I never take ownership if the dealer so much as puts a license plate cover on my car. I once made the sales guy at Subaru thumb nail scrape a sticker off the trunk before accepting delivery after I told him not to put one on and he did.

Pay me for advertising or don't deface my car!
