You'll have to remove the whole bumper - it's the most difficult part. The rest is much easier, no need any instructions.

First, I'd suggest getting a set of these tools if you don't already have them:
keeps you from accidentally marring any surfaces with a screwdriver or other metal tools.
Judging by the pictures below; it would appear you may need to remove the gauge cluster surround to get the center vents out since the plastic form extends out on the far left and looks to reside underneath it. Then, it will probably pull straight out.
Extra hidden plastic at top left:
The yellow pressure clips are the points that likely hold the whole assembly in place.

Why do you want to remove this? and what do you mean wrap in cf ?
