HELP! Scratches on NAV/LCD Screen!
#31
I saw mentioned in a couple of posts that there is a service bulletin for the "defective" nav screen film - does anyone know the bulletin # and if so, can someone please provide or point me in the right direction? I'd like to have on hand in case the dealer gives me problems when asking to have my screen fixed/replaced.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I am the second owner and it was covered under the standard warranty. CPO at 22k miles when replaced. Not sure if a TSB automatically gets it replaced but the warranty should... May depend on the level of service from your dealer.

Does anyone know how to replace the screen themselves? I had my dealer do this swap and the Jackasses were careless and got goop and dust on the inside of the new screen cover. If it's not hard I want to ask them for a new cover and I will do it myself.

Hi all,
New here to the forums-- just got a IS350 F Sport '14.
My father had this same car previously (though it was a '15), and I know his experienced this screen scratching as well. The used '14 I just picked up has a flawless screen...for now. I'd like to get a screen protector to prevent this issue from inevitably occurring in the future.
Anyone have any product recommendation for what screen protector product I could use for my IS350?? I appreciate any and all help.

The IS350 I just bought, had this issue. I cleaned all the remaining crap off the screen and cut out an ipad antiglare screen cover (iHome brand) to fit (barely) it actually looked really good, it was just too small. I decided to order a bigger protector. I order the Supershieldz iPad pro anti-glare screen covers. I cut it out to fit (1 piece actually makes 2). Absolutely no glare but it blurs out the screen too much. Gonna try a different brand and post results. Maybe try and find the iHome ones for iPad pro.
