Default IS vs IS F-Sport front-end

I have 2014 is250 non F-Sport; can I swap out to the mesh F-Sport grill or do I need to swap whole bumper?

Whole bumper. Size of the grill is different. Non F Sport grill is wider at the bottom.

^ just keep in mind as other have mentioned within other threads that you'll lose your fog lights (unless you import from the EU or have a body shop heavily modify the existing ones or something) as well as the intuitive parking assist sensors if your non-f-sport model has them. i'm sure the latter can also be incorporated into the f-sport bumper, but it's something you might want to seek the help of a really good body shop for.
