I got a 2015 IS250 fsport non nav, I been trying to connect my Galaxy S5 to the AV imput without success, i got an RCS to 3.5 av cable, I got the HDMI2AV adapter ,I got MHL from Samsung and I still can connect to the @$!^#&* screen,I had try everything change the yellow rca for the red,try it in PAL went back NTSC in both the car screen and with thehdmi2av adapter and nothing,can somebody help me out olease or tell me a sure way this would work. Attach is a pic with the hole set up.

Try the setup on a TV to make sure it's working. And don't forget to have the ebrake engaged for the display to show on the screen.

Looks all good from here. Like above said, make sure you are in park with ebrake engaged or it could be the hdmi cable going into the converter.

is that a Samsung specific MHL? Samsung uses their own type of MHL

also the USB on the MHL needs to be plugged in and powered up for mirror of video through MHL to start

I tried everything, park with ebrake,without, the car on and off, and still nothing, I tried with a brand new hdmi cable and nothing.

The only thing I got my doubts is in the hdmi2av converter.

Well, if the hdmi2av works on a TV, it should be OK in the car also. You did try to flip the RCAs around? All of them?

Actually I didn't test the hdmi2av in the tv, Ishould try that first,but yes in the car Itrued all sorts of combination for the rca.

Damn, we need all that just to replicate our phones to the navi? Why didn't Lexus include the mirror option like that did in the euro models? I'm guessing its regulations..
