My info system kept dialing my own cell's number whenever there is an event on my phone. For example, when a text message comes in it used to display the option to read or ignore. Now, it does display but after a few seconds it'll cut off my audio and starts showing the dial screen. It will then starts dialing my own phone's number but the phone actually doesn't do anything. The only way to get out of the dial screen and get my audio back is to disconnect the phone from the car by turning off bluetooth. I can't even get back to the home screen or hang up the phone. None of the buttons will work until I disconnect the phone and the car sees the failed dialing.

It is 100% reproducible whenever these events occur on the phone:
- incoming text messages
- activating siri
- other app's notifications

basically anytime there is an audio event from the phone the car will initiate dialing - the strange thing is that it dials my own's phone number and no other number.

It just started happening this week. I haven't done anything to the car. The only thing I can thing of is the iOS upgrade.

Is anyone else experiencing this with the recent iOS upgrade?
