Plastic Covering F Sport Gauges
Just noticed that the plastic covering the gauges in my 350 F Sport has a large scratch in the middle. Even though it is only visible in the right sun light and at certain angles, it still is bothering me. Will my dealership replace the plastic or just think I'm crazy? Also, how much should I expect to pay to have it replaced?
Thanks

I would highly doubt they would replace it for you unless it came that way from the factory which would be hard to prove.
Unsure as to what it would cost to replace, but I don't see it being a cheap repair.

The part is probably cheap (before the dealer markup). The labor is what will be the killer. Taking apart that dash to replace the covering will be a bear.

I doubt it would be that hard to replace. You can order the part from Sewell and put in yourself.

Some type of cleaner or substance got on the plastic screen covering the Navigation housing on our 2012 Acura TL. The plastic was etched a little and looked smudged. The dealership replaced it without question as a warranty repair.
