Front Brake Pads Touching the Rotors
Hi fellow 3IS owners!
As title mentioned, I noticed the front brake pads were touching the rotors when I was painting the brake calipers. I had my e-brake engaged and in park. I'm assuming the e-brake only brakes the rear wheels because the front rotors were still movable. Although the car still rides fine but I'm not sure if this is normal.
Answers are appreciated

The brake pads our not supose to rub on the rotor when hot so I suggest you drive the car a few miles first then check for drag you will not have any if everything is ok,but if they do brag you will need to check both sides and if only one is braging then replace both brake hoses, and bleed all old fluide out .Remember the heat from the rotors pushes the pads away by .003 inches or more when hot .Again low cost for best upgrades and total parts will be under 30 dollars.
