Mark levinson sound settings
I was wondering what your guys input is on how the mark levinson system sounds best. There are those three settings in dsp, surround, auto volume and auto sound levelizer. Do you guys leave all 3 on? And where do you think the bass, mid and treble sound best at?

Depends on what your listing to, but for what i have tried so far is the Pandora and BT sound settings i have the auto volume off and the levels set heavy on the mid and bass side. I am not impressed at all with the sounds quality that comes from either source. So typically i am listening to satellite or a usb stick wit the level set the same but auto volume on in that case.
Haven't tried a CD or DTS DVD but i am sure they have a decent audio quality as the system it for me preforms great as along as the source sound is of good quality.

For BT streaming, I've settled on:
Surround: On
Auto-Volume: Off
Treble: -2
Mid: -2
Bass: 0
This gives a warmer sound signature, and softens the treble a bit, which I find can be a little sibilant and hard edged at the default settings. I can increase the volume louder with these settings without it sounding uncomfortable at the high end. In the end, it's all up to personal preference and even genre you listen to, but if you find some good settings, feel free to post them back here.
