Is this a good deal [Lease]
Getting ready to lease, and I wanted others opinions if this is a good deal. (Im NOT in CA, where the ridiculous deals are)
2014 IS250 AWD w/ Nav and other options
MSRP: 44,400
Sales Price: 40k
monthly payment w/out taxes: $ 425
money factor: .00085
residual value: 70%
Zero Down, Zero Due at Signing
27 month lease, 15k miles per year.
