I upgraded to IOS 9 today on iPhone 6 and had no problems with the phone connecting, Enform, etc. Perhaps you might call the technology specialist at your Lexus dealer.

update to my post.
I got everything working this morning. I had to delete the IS from bluetooth on the phone, and I was able to re-pair it after that. when it started, the phone call that I couldn't break did not occur. so somewhere between rebooting the phone, removing the phone from the car and the car from the phone, I have a working configuration.
I still have my appointment tomorrow to address the continual restart of the system when ipod is plugged in.
Next week I'm getting the 6S, and I will have to go through the setup again.

got the V10C8871 update today.
I think you guys made me get too hyped up about the speed.
I see it is moving a little faster between some onscreen button press but there is still delay here and there.
but I am forcefully moving through all the screens just to push it hard.
Pressing HOME button still has a delay before it moves over to that screen with both before and after firmware.
I'll give it a "daily" use test and report back what i think.
I also shot some before firmware update videos and will do some after so people can see difference if there are any.

I got the update today. I haven't sat down and tested everything, but switching screens and changing radio channels on my way home were definitely quicker - not lightning fast, but quicker.
