Default Question re Drive Info Display on 350 F Sport

Is there a way to configure the central drive info display to default to "blank?" If I toggle the up arrow button so that no drive info is displayed while driving, when I restart the car the display is no longer blank and defaults to, for example, mpg.

I hope my question is clear. Thanks for any feedback.

i wasn't aware that it defaults back to a particular display on restart. I always leave mine on the gear display and when I restart the car its still on the gear display. Maybe it goes to a default display if left on NO display? interesting...

Have you tried turning the car off with other displays on and see what it defaults to when you restart the car?

The display will default to whatever was last on screen with the exception of "blank." That's why in your case the display will default to the gear setting.

i think your answer lies in the "customizable settings" section in your manual. It wasn't one of my concerns so I might have glanced over it. good luck

I'd be really curious if there was a way to make this happen as well...
