I'm taking about budget, why replace them while they still working ? People had them over 10+ years and the battery still good ? And u never mentioned about battery in your post.

the book don't always right Jeff , I know you're getting mechanic engineer u go by the book but I wouldn't touch them if they still good. Sensors costs 100$
