maybe new oil, sucking out the old gas, brake fluid flush... I can't think of anything else aside from making sure there aren't any animals living in your engine bay I suppose.

Sitting for 2 years
This car was my mother in laws and she stopped driving it due to sickness the problem is the car has been sitting in the Florida sun the whole time so the paint is starting to fade and I'm waiting for Lexus to change the dash and door panels due to recall

Since your in Florida I would bet there is plenty of moisture in the gas tank and oil. At a minimum you may want to drain the oil and refill. I would also consider putting in some water remover into the tank. Have a Gas can with some fresh gas on hand.
Couldn't you do something in two years to try and save the car from some of that abuse? Like start it and take it for a spin once in while? or cover it up so the sun isn't beating it to death?

Start with the new battery and all fresh fluids (fuel, oil, brake fluid). Not sure of the breakdown rate of Toyota coolant, but after running you might want to look at that too.
Hope with at least the new battery, fresh fuel, and a fresh oil change it'll start up. Oh, course good tires once running.
FYI, beware of leaks after startup as rubber seals will tend to degrade much more quickly when sitting unused.
