2008 Lexus IS 350 won't start
Car won't start. I press the start button and I get nothing? Just goes to the on position. I have power to the headlights but nothing else. No radio, nav screen, power seats, windows, brake lights or rear lights, steering wheel, dome lights, even the key won't lock the door. Put volt meter to the battery and it's perfect, same with alternator. Could it be the stop switch? Help?!?!

Check the main fuses.. sounds like something is blown.
The fact that your centre cluster is not coming to life (stereo and all) and the car isn't even attempting to fire sounds completely electrical.
Do you have an OBD2 Scanner? I'd hit the port and see what error codes it's throwing.
If not, first step are the main fuses. Something is popped and stopping the car from initiating the start sequence.
Problem with cars like ours is that there are too many electricals and too many switches / safeties at play.
In re to OBD scanners, buy an $8 dongle from eBay and there are multiple apps only worth a couple bucks for Android (if you're not an iPhone user). I use an app called Torque Pro
