Default Warning lights on!

This morning as I was driving all of my lights came on, on my dash. I seemed to happen when I would hit a bump for a few minutes and then it just ended up staying on for about 15 more minutes. Now however, all the lights went off. I did a search and most people said to check fuses but I have done that since this is the second time this electrical issue has popped up. I will check the fuses again but I don't think it is the fuses. Nothing worked either, my lights, cruise control, not even my climate control would work. I am kind of at a loss and this is my DD so I gotta figure out something. I hope someone has some input on at least where to start next.

I have a 2011 Lexus IS 350 Fsport.

Something like this happened to me, though not with my Lexus. It ended up being the beginning of a full scale electrical failure. I was out that car for a few days but the total bill was pretty modest for what I was expecting (I think around $300 all up). It sounds to me like something in the electrical system is loose but I've never really had a knack for that sort of thing. Good luck and hope it gets figured out painlessly.

Guess I'll ask the obvious. Have you checked the codes

It hasn't thrown up any Check engine lights. I don't have a reader at the moment. Working on getting one
