Default No Power on OBD 2 port?

So I got my tires replaced along with the TPMS sensors like 2 months ago, finally decided to have the new sensors programmed yesterday to get rid of the light. However the tire shop told me there was no power to the OBD2 port...I thought it was BS since the car passed DMV inspection and I had used a bluetooth dongle for the Torque App and it had all worked previously last year. Well this year it isn't working...bluetooth dongle doesn't get power either.

Any idea what's wrong? I have not done any aftermarket work to the car, car is as stock as stock can be...doesn't seem like anyone else has had this problem and I hate electrical gremlins...Fuses are good...

Check the OBD fuse in the passenger side fuse panel under the glovebox, good chance it's blown.

Ok thank you, I don't know why an OBD2 port fuse would blow but I hope it's the issue. I might as well check every single fuse with a multimeter while I'm at it. Will update tomorrow.

Update: Awesome guys, thanks for the help. Busted out the multi meter and checked every fuse in the car, 7.5 amp fuse labeled OBD in the passenger footwell fuse box is busted. Haven't replaced it yet but I'm more than confident it's the issue. Thank you guys!

Ok to clear the air here...The OBD 2 fuse is NOT located on the passenger's side footwell. It is identified as Fuse #9 in the Owners Manual and it is located on the Drivers side footwell. USER'S TAKE NOTE: For anyone looking where the fuse locations are within the SC430, please look at the Owners manual, as it lists where the fuse panels are located and identifies each fuse by number, size and designation (which circuit the fuse is designated to protect).
