Default Potentially buy a IS250... need help

So I might buy a 2007 is250 automatic. The seller say that is has a slight tranny problem. Only in 5th gear the rpms stay hi and don't go down when it should.
Is it worth buying for 5k or should I run.
It has 140k also

Default ..................

The solenoids can be replaced I read a few threads about other members changing them but if you can get a yard one for cheap just swap tranny's.

Hi all! Sorry for intruding into this thread. I'm also looking forward to buy a 2007 IS250 RWD autom. for roughly 10000 USD in this week. It has 150K miles. I recorded the engine sounds for you, please tell mee if its normal. Its a bit noise for me but they say all the V6 VVT engines rattle like this.

Do not do not buy IS250 they have Engine carbone build up issue. Get IS350 or ISF instead.
