2012 LED Headlight upgrade - 2010 IS350
Just ordered a set of OEM 2012 LED Headlights!! They are pre-wired to be plug n play..
Should get them in a couple weeks.. Just wondering if any other members out there with the upgrade could share any pics of the lights..
I will lose my AFS but I'm not too worried about that.. I usually just go real fast in a straight line anyway

Nice! I like that F sport grill I might pick one of those up as well..
I plan on modifying my existing brackets.. I have a dremel tool at work should get the job done..
Would new brackets be logical? As in would they fit my bumper/ car? haven't looked into that at all

Yes it does.. From what I've read on the forums here there are no fixes for this..
Most use electrical tape and put it over the blinking light either ontop of the gauge cluster "window" or actually remove it and place it right over the light
I'm gonna see how much it bothers me and decide what to do then lol
Pulling the fuse or disconnecting the module disables auto leveling which I do not want to do

Sounds like you know what your doing haha I might wire them to be on full time I'm not sure yet.. I don't mind flicking the stalk to turn on my parking lights.. but cutting the green %100 wire and running it to passenger headlight and then up the IG2 fuse is simple enough as well.. I can sauder and head shrink it ally myself.. gonna check out the headlights when they come in and see how i wanna proceed

I couldn't buy the knockoffs.. buddy of mine in town has the 2012 headlights on his 08 and they look so good.. Most of the ebay knockoffs have a black housing with black ring around the projector.. my IS350 is obsidian and I didn't like the idea of having all black headlights with black car I like the contrast of the chrome projector ring on the 2012's.. All said and done i'd rather just buy oem products.. even though they hurt the bank account haha

I just installed mines.. You will have to modify the headlight brackets.
If you want get rid of the afs light just remove the afs fuse that's on the driver side fuse box.

Looks awesome! Do you need to flick your light stalk to parking light function for the lights to come on? I'm thinking about wiring mine to the igniton fuse.. not sure yet though.. a buddy of mine in town has them and said he doesn't mind rocking his parking lights (tail lights and interior dash lights come on as well)
