Default Fan Replacements

Starting to smell an electric issue under the hood. Noticed fans were not turning on. Any advice on how these fan motors come out? does the radiator need to come out or is it easy to just unconnect wires\unbolt and slip them between the pullies and radiator. Anyone done this before? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Oh side note.. Any one successful had their interior dashes replaced due to them breaking down from the heat and humidity? Whats your experience. So far I feel like my dealership doesnt have a clue to how to handle this.
thx
Fong

I'm not sure about the fans, but here is a link to the huge dash replacement thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-replaced.html

Have you checked the fan relays? I would check them first before removing the fan motors.

Thanks Mike for the advice. Come to think of it I did hear some unusual clicking noises. Ill check them out or maybe just replace them all.. not sure which relays line up with which fan.
