Default AUX Port Troubleshooting

Okay so I've had intermittent AUX functionality. Some times it would work and then sometimes not. Now it doesn't work at all. I have checked all the fuses and all good. Got a new AUX port today and still not working. From reading the one other thread I've found on this issue, looks like it could be the AUX circuit board in the radio. Anyone know if I would be able to replace the board myself or if there are other things I can check?

TIA.

Not sure on this one you can take your radio out and see possibly but as far as i know its all built in to the radio. Side note: you might be able to buy a used radio part where the cd changer is and swap that out it might fix the issue but not certain. If someone could correct me if i am wrong as well that would be awesome. Just taking a semi-educated guess

Make sure you're not using a china aux cord.

Yeah I think it'll take it out today and see if I can see anything.

Not the AUX cord as this problem existed a year ago before it was put in storage. Was intermittent and now completely does not go into AUX mode. It would sometimes just cut off randomly too.
