Default Wheel bearing noise?

Some backstory. Last fall had a rock hit inside of my front driver wheel and took a small chunk out of tire and wheel. I only found this out when I swapped it out with my winter tires in Nov 15. Everything was driving fine. I planned to buy new tires when Spring came along. So a few weeks ago finally got two new tires for the front and didn't think anything of it.

I was getting bad vibration. Tire place said front left tire was bent. So I take it to a wheel repair place and they are in the process of fixing that wheel. So I put my snow tires back on hoping it would cure the noise.

But the noise is still there. You can hear it even at 5mph but gets real lout around 35-40mph.

Sound is coming from rear. Could it be wheel bearing issues?

Check out video below. Not sure how much it picked up but just think 2-3 times the volume on the video. That is how low it is. Kind of a whirring/helicopter sound. Some times it gets so bad the trunk rattles a bit.

I've eliminated tires as I had two sets of tires on the car and still exhibiting issue:

I recently had 3 out of 4 bad and had them replaced. It drives like new and no more noise. I would have it checked out because it was causing uneven tread wear as well.

when you jack up your car and get a grip at the top and bottom of the tire and give it a shake, does it rock?

Is it mph-dependent? Meaning, the tone of the noise increases along with your speed?

It definitely changes with speed. Even coasting at 5mph I can hear it. Gets louder with speed and around 40mph is the loudest but still very noticeable at 60, 70, etc.

And doesn't matter going straight or turning, noise is there

Yes it sounds like wheel bearing. Turn left and right. When you do this and it sounds LOUDER it will then tell you which side is bad. So if you turn right and hear it, that means it's the left side that's bad and vice versa. Hope this made sense.

Yeah, 90% certain it's a wheel bearing; but also check that nothing in the braking system is at fault...like a bent rotor dust cover touching something it shouldn't.
